Introducing Nabr Network

Dear Neighbors,

 

Our vision as a Board is to provide a premier living environment that inspires a friendly and enjoyable gated community in the Upstate of South Carolina. One of our objectives on this year’s plan was to retain a new property management team who could support our community and board in that allimportant vision. Aileron Management, our new property management company as of August 1, 2022, brings a blended approach to customer service: a high-touch and a high-tech relationship. 

 

I’m pleased to announce that this week, in partnership with Aileron, we launched a new website for our community, powered by Nabr Network. A welcome email from Nabr Network was sent to the primary email address associated with your property on Monday, August 1. Please click on the link in the message to activate your account, add household members and set your notification preferences. If you did not receive a welcome email from Nabr Network, please contact Rebecca Thompson at Aileron at 864-999-2300 or rthompson@aileronmanagement.com.

 

The Nabr Network website provides many enhanced features that will help improve communication with all Carolina Country Club association members and make life in the community more enjoyable. The website will enable you to:  

  • Report an item that needs to be repaired  

  • Report a violation that needs attention from management  

  • Access Board meeting minutes and governing documents  

  • Reserve the Family Center and view the reservation calendar 

  • Access our resident directory 

  • Submit ARC requests for the committee to review 

  • Pay your bill (Important note: Account balances will be updated once the final transition from Cedar Management is complete; they are not currently up to date. Please do not hesitate to contact Aileron if you have any questions or concerns: 864-999-2300 or rthompson@aileronmanagement.com.) 

 

In addition to the convenience of the Nabr Network website, Aileron’s high-touch approach allows you to call, email, or write and quickly get a friendly response to your inquiry.  

 

All these enhanced features provide personal attention and service, and allow trust between the Homeowner, the Board, and Aileron.
